When we conduct intangible
management consulting, we want you to understand each step of the
processes.
There are two stages required
before a consulting agreement can be made.
Stage 1:
Arrange an Appointment
You call Dr Ken Standfield, to determine (in principle) how intangible
management consulting can assist your organization better meet its strategic
sales and marketing goals. We will arrange an appointment time, sufficient to
invite others within your organization to attend. We will also email
you with support materials.
Stage 2:
Request for Proposal & Agreement to Proceed
The CEO and Managing Consultant, Dr Ken Standfield, visits you and conducts a
needs analysis to work together with you to identify opportunities, and select a
project (or projects), to focus on. Timelines and deliverables will
be determined. After the visit, further support materials will be sent to
you to assist internal buy-in. At this stage, if the benefits of
intangible management consulting appear worthwhile a formal request for proposal
(RFP) is generated that should lead to an agreement to proceed.
Up to this point, no fees are
payable (unless out-of-pocket expenses are mutually agreed upon in advance).
At either stage 1 or stage 2, there is no obligation to proceed.

Stage 3:
Doing the Work
In stage 3, the work outlined in stage 2 is performed, according to project
timelines in order to deliver scoped results. There is a specific
way in which stage 3 occurs.
